  1. i,m from canada and am getting sleevedn mexico. i did look into insurance, its very hard to find, but i had found one, its called seven corners insurance, it has cross boarder insurance for surgery, but you must have the surgery in a JCI accredited hospital. surgery is more in these hospitals. i think the insurance was about 1300.00. i know dr rosales does it out of one of these hospitals and i think his price was around 7500.00. not sure, but i think
  2. i live alone, so it was easy to empty everything out. i just boxed it all up and sent it to my daughters. all i have in my cupboards rite now is spices and broth and in my fridge zero powerade,cyrstal lite, jello, and ensure. i have lost 22 pounds in 3 weeks. like the old saying......if its not there, you won,t eat it
  3. lol, i know that feeing, just throw all that tempting food out. fill your freezer with s/f popcicles and make lots of sugar free jello, it does help
  4. i think you can check out seven corners insurance, they carry insurance, but its at a price
  5. my dr, sid only clear fluids and yogurt 3 days prior to surgery
  6. i was told once from my dr, while dieting and having headaches, it was from lack of salt, not from the lack of sugar. try some salt, it did work from me
  7. well when your hungry, just have some good sex lol good exercise and sure does keep your mind off eating.
  8. i use ensure with protein and add a scoop of weiders soy protein to it. the strawberry is delicious

  14. i have been using unsure with a scoop of soy protein, the strawberry is so yummy. i don,t know if i should be using ensure, but i have dropped 17 pounds in 14 days doing it
  15. spasms can be from not enough fluid intake
  16. try dusting it with corn starch, thats what we used in the nursing home under womans breasts

  18. just go to your browers and type in bad reviews,dr.----------- just fill in the name you will find alot of blogs on dr,s that way. i hope this helps
  19. i found that if you go to your browser and type in bad reveiws on dr ---------- you will be amazed what you will read, its well worth doing, it sure changed my mind on which surgeon i would use

  22. i too have been searching, i found if you type in your brower, bad reviews on dr ----------. what ever the doctors name is, you will find blogs. i ,m so glad i figured that out. it will truely turn your head. i hope this helps, it sure made me change my mind.
