  1. Thank you everyone. I track everything on MFP so I try to keep it about 800 cal. 50% Protein. 25% carb 25% fat. I can tolerate everything but real sugar. That makes me feel nauseated. I can eat 1 taco btw. My problem w that burger was that I ate 45 minutes after I already ate. That was pure greediness. I'll shake it off but that was the old me trying to bust out. I really just needed to document and confess. Lol! Hello my name is Lauren and I am overcoming my food addiction one day at a time Thanks ladies and germs!
  2. SURGEY date: 3-1-13 Down 48 lbs (18 was pre-op) Ate 1/2 burger with bun for lunch. 45 minutes later ate the other 1/2. Why? Because I am stupid and weak. Ate it for sport. Please Lord, give me the strength not to try to outsmart my sleeve. Anyone else do this sort of stuff? Thanks
  3. 10 crackers = 36 calories and 7 carbs. Good to put your protein on if you are missing that crunch. Tuna, egg, chicken salad.....cheese. Yummy. Crunch crunch crunch.
  4. You can view my food diary at my fitness pal. This will show you what I eat. 6 weeks out and I eat around 800 calories a day. I try to hit my protein goal of 71 grams. Laurenpdm
  5. My doctor is Dr. Kim in celebration Florida he says he refuses to speak about the numbers it's about weight-loss surgery being a tool to help lose weight. Your dr sounds like a jerk of a man
  6. Where it asks you for email address of person you are trying to friend just input the user name. That works.
  7. Yes! I say the food police steps in and stops the party. Lol
  8. Hey guys. Can everyone go to MFP settings and allow friends to see your diary. That's the way we can all benefit from eschother. Thanks .

  10. I know it's confusing. You go to add through email and then it gives you option to type I user name or email address. It worked for me. Try again

  12. Yes. I am ok too. I was afraid my chest pain was a pulmonary embolism. Lots if tests. CR scan. Blood work. Ekgs. No diagnosis but not PE.
  13. No chances. Go to ER. I called 911 this morning because of chest pain I though was a blood clots on my lung. Thank goodness it was nothing but no chances on your life.
  14. I thought dumping syndrome was only with bypass surgery. One of the reasons I chose the sleeve was to avoid dumping syndrome. Thoughts? Have a wonderful trip. I am glad it turned out to be nothing. I spent the morning in the ER too.
  15. I feel like I am starting to get over my break up with food.
