  1. March 1, 2013..... I am three years out, my highest weight 270, lowest 153 now 180.... I need to put myself in check and need to get back on the horse. It is so easy to go back to old habits, a piece of this or that.. the only thing I really managed to stay away from was carb beverages. I need to eat less and move more, I need to listen to myself when I am full and not push to eat that last bite. My new clothes are getting snug, and I am just so mad at myself. I just need to get it together.....

    Clothes Sizes

I can so realate to this.. I walked around JC penny not knowing were to go if I am not shopping in the 1x to 4x sizes. Actually I hated all of the smaller clothes and found myself wishing the larger clothes came in smaller sizes. Samething at Walmart crazy.. Oh and another thing that gets me is the sales racks when I was larger all the smaller sizes were on clearance now I am smaller and all the larger sizes are on the clearance racks .

  5. oops 43 pounds to go for goal weight of 150.. Then again I can use a little buffer
  6. I just wanted to share to encourage others that with time we will all get to our destination. This is a journey and we are each having a different experience, keep your chin up and keep battling. My highest weight was 270 , my weight in pic had to be 252 and my current weight is 193. I have 50 more pound to go to be at goal weight. I had surgery on March 1st so it has been almost 5months and 59 pounds.

    I am in Onederland

One thing I learned is everyone is so different.MY HIGHEST was 270,my first visit was 262 and I was on a pre op diet had to lose 10 pounds in order for them to do surgery. So day of surgery I was 252.So far I have lost, gained and stalled.I keep battling and it is a process some days easier than others.I still struggle with some things.I pretty much stick to what the Dr said but I do allow self some treats when I really get in the mood and what I mean is bite something.Well it is a journey we will all get there.Keep believing.
  9. Finally, I made it I am in ONEDERLAND..it is so nice to see you again,it has been a long time. After weeks of being at 200, I finally dropped.. Went on scale this morning and I was 198.6.

    Slider foods

I had my first salad today with chicken of course it was an Asian salad didn't eat it all but made sue I ate the chicken. Also on sliders I only allow my self a sliver of cake on my families b'day and no more. This way I learn control and I still allow myself a treat.

Wendys jr cb 3 wks out

First I applaud you for you honesty. It was very brave to put that on here. But they are right you want to take it slow and follow your plan. You will be able to have it someday in moderation but just not this soon or just minus the bun.
