  1. Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) ?
  2. My first thought was "HOLY COW" but that's such a unflattering expression for weight loss. You look amazing and I can only imagine how proud and happy you are to be healthier and active now.. Not to mention lookin' good
  3. LOL... I thought perhaps this thread should have been in the ladies gone wild section, but I looked it up and, yep, there is a fitness vibration plate. Then before readin, the first thing that came to mind were the old vibration belts of the days gone by. Soooo.. with all that said.. I'm still clueless to be able to answer you, but thanks for enlightening me on the latest excercise gadget
  4. Heh.. You look ten years younger and he looks ten years older!
  5. Awwww... That's awesome!
  6. I didn't tell anyone, but immediate family and like above everyone is so used to me dieting and losing and regaining they don't even say anything to me anymore. I've lost 40+ lbs and not a word. They have noticed I don't eat much, but that's what I always do on diets in the past.
  7. Before my breast reduction ten years ago I was 34 EEE sometimes F .. I was from the teen years on and hated it. My doc told me to go buy a bra that I wanted to fit in and I did. I've been happy since. Now, between age and weight loss I've gone just a tad south but nothing Victoria Secret can't handle. I can't answer for augmentation questions.. I'm on the other end and my motto is big Boobs are over rated. I could never fit in clothes, always had back and shoulder pain not to mention headaches.. Ok, y'all enjoy your boobs..
  8. I work in Magnolia and the commute is very time comsuming so can't walk until 6:30-7ish. Is that too late? Maybe okay when it stays light later in the months?
  9. LOL.. Sorry, WALK, WALK, WALK! And I'll continue to say it to the people who need to do it so they won't lie around and complain about the gas pain they continue to have and are puzzled why.
  10. Like they said above. Some of us prefer the quality and experience they offer in MX. Some of the surgeons have vast amount of more experience than US surgeon because the have been don't it much longer there. I've had 5 surgeries there and my daughter also go there. We have specific drs we trust and wouldn't do it any other way. The surgeons don't have to charge like the US because the cost of living comparison is much lower than US.
  11. I'm so so sorry you are going through this. It will get better.. You're just going to not know it for awhile. I wish we all could be with you to help you out some how, but please know you are in our prayers and definitely in our thoughts. YOU WILL GET THROUGH THIS.. And become the healthier you you wanted to be. Warm and healing thoughts your way
  12. Ok.. That made me laugh! I just don't understand how y'all can put up with the insurance BS. I'd go postal
  13. Ok.. Whoa AGAIN! People coming on the forum for one and only one thread.. In defense of a company? Definitely a strange thing. Kill the thread it's gone commercial. Oh well.. It's over done anyway
  14. Hey.. Edit, Cleaver invention! Hahaha..thanks for the heads up
  15. Yes. Every once in awhile I find a very unfriendly mirror and my heart sinks. I just keep on plugging my way ... To a nicer mirror
  16. Yeah.. And person, not peron! I give up!
  17. YIKES... That was supposed to be DON'T go on what one peron says
  18. Read the entire thread and do research of your own. Do go on what just one person says/posts. There are a vast number of excellent MX surgeons and Cordinators. Research in depth and then talk, personally, with many patients of the docs you are considering. First off.. Never go on price alone. You have to research for months before you can reliably decide which dr, Cordinator, staff, hospital etc and that you will be confident in putting your life in their hands. This goes with any surgeon in MX AND the US.
  19. "For anyone with a lower BMI like 35 or 40 maybe these folks need to take another route instead of WLS" You mean wait until one is morbidly obese and suffering before they should .. Say, nip it in the bud? Nope. Not. Me. I was well on my way to serious weight problems and I was NOT going to wait until my body (and mind) suffered more than what it already had with years of yoyo dieting.
  20. Whoa.. I took her comment as being sincere.. I guess we all read things differently
  21. I agree with your doc... Different hospital with different anesthesiologist.
  22. I never found my body being tired, but I did find myself sleepy. That and not hungry were my only issues. These were two issues I could live with because for the first time in years I slept soundly during the night. I'm an extremely light sleeper so being sleepy was a blessing. As for the hunger issue... Just concentrate on fluids and add others as much as you can
  23. Ooooh so glad you're being taken care of. Thoughts and prayers for your quick and safe recovery. Yes, keep us updated
  24. I had my surgery with Dr Ponce. He and his staff are beyond professional and experienced. While doing your research be sure to look into the Cordinator they use because this alone can make or break your satisfaction. Trish is Dr Ponce's Cordinator and she is an ace/10 in ratings. DO NOT GO WITH PRICE ALONE.. This can lead to huge disappointment. Prayers to you and Good luck!
  25. Wow.. Congrats! You looks ten years younger plus you look so much happier
