  1. If you are eating protein bars, its the bars. I was absolutely miserable until I stopped the bars. Good luck
  2. Sleeved 2/19, down 32lbs. Yesterday, I stood and looked at myself in the mirror and I cried. I cried because I can see the contours of cheek bones. I cried because I have one roll and not two stomach rolls. I cried because I have a range of clothes in my closet from 22-14 and the 18's are almost too big. I didn't even try 16 yet. I cried because I am worth it and to have a boyfriend who doesn't compliment me because he is scared of losing the fat woman has given me confidence.

  11. 8 days post op and I am not hungry but I realize I am losing my mind because I miss chewing. I don't miss food but chewing. Last night and a couple of other nights....I have taken bites of the dinner I made for my family and chewed until it was complete mush and went to the trash car and spit it out. Then I rinsed my mouth and brushed my teeth. I felt so much better. I didn't miss the food. I missed the actual chewing. Yes, it is consuming a few calories but I will take it for my sanity. Cheers
