  1. I had to write a board exam....n d centre was in a govt school (im from India) ...and unfortunately my roll number landed me in a room wch was a classroom for class 4 students.... The desks were soooo small...even the "normal" size candidates were having trouble adjusting....it was HELL for me...a 8 hour long exam... While trying to fit in a kiddy desk....ughh!!!   12. i had my surgery on the 17th too... My nutritionist had me on one week of clear liquids and now one more week of thicker liquids like cream soups and milk....starting next week i can have pureed stuff....week one i lost 7kgs thats around 15 pounds i guess...
  13. I was sleeved on 9/17 already hsd my one week check up with the doc n d nutritionist aswell....schedule is 1 week 1/2/3 months 6month 1 year I also have a scheduled blood check for Vitamins level after 3 months and usg after a year....

Im a week out....yesterday i went to the docs office.....and weighed myself,then i had to weigh again at the nutritionist....and i also weighed myself at home....all the 3 scales showed varied numbers in a range of 2-3 pounds.... Im gnna stick with the docs scale [ 16pounds lost ]....his machine was the coolest lol...
  15. Even i got operated on 17th....no pain on the inscion side.....and i started having protein shakes from day 3....my nutrtionist said if i had trouble keeping down the Protein shake with milk then to mix it with Water and make sure its properly blenderized....
  16. I had my sleeve on the 17/09....so far so good....no issues...starting wgt 129kgs and tdy its showed 123 kgs...so 6 kgs down in 6days!!... My mom cooked sunday special chicken curry today....d aroma killed me!!! Lol but dint really feel like eating it....
  17. Im a week out....so far no nasuea or vomitting....any tips to avoid the same when progressing to pureed n mushy stuff???
