Little company's is awesome. Every first Tuesday...6 pm for lap band and 7 for bypass.

Someone had suggested getting 4 oz ramekins to put your food in when you start back eating. I just got mine today from Crate and Barrel. 6 for 9.99. They are so little. OMG. My surgery date is 01/16/2013. Wow, just tryiing to get ready!

To be off of all of my meds and to have a 1 be the leading number for my weight!! Everyone took all of the other reasons I had. LOL!!

Great idea.. i will be picking a few up for myself then. I don't get my sleeve until 01/16/2013 but am trying to buy small things now so it won't be so overwhelming the week before.

Wow, that is something. I get sleeved in 01/16/2013. I have been going through a process pre surgery of purging from my life those that are vampires. There are a few left standing. If they have issues after the surgery, then bye bye to them to. It's tight, but its right. My health first and foremost. They got problems, they can kiss my grits!! You keep on your path girl!!

Hey sis, if you were in Chicago, I'd go with you.. Even though I have support of my mom, brother, brother's girlfriend and my godson, the decision in the end is mine and mine alone. My doctor had even recommended this years ago but I refused. Now I am ready. I go 01/16/2013. You hang in there girlfriend. You have the support of people on this board and more than anything, know that God has your back, be blessed!!

I'm in the Chi on the southside. I will be having my surgery on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Ressurection Hospital on the north side. Dr. Lufti is my surgeon. I'm excited, scared, pumped etc.

That is so exciting. I'm scheduled for January 16, 2013 for my surgery and have tons of BP meds. I hope to say farewell to them as well. Thanks for the post!!
