Coming up on my one year 10/11 I have lost 123 pounds. I hit my first goal 155 but decided I wanted to go down to 150 to have a bounce between 150 and 155. I have added 10 plus pounds of muscle since April. So very happy!!!

I was sleeved 10/22/12. I started at 302. Now at 188. I stall every once in awhile but I work out almost every day and keep my calories under 1200. It seems to help.

I have been soooo bad the last couple of weeks. Eating fast food and eating a lot. Still not as bad as I used to be though. So my new year's resolution is to refocus and remember everything I went through to get here.

I have found that I am much pickier with the food that I eat now. I can't tell you how much food I throw away now because it is mediocre. Only so much room now, want to make sure I like what I put in.

Yea it was great. I ate a small piece of turkey breast, tablespoon of stuffing, a devilled egg and about 2 tablespoons of pumpkin custard only because my mom made it for me and I felt guilty.
Oh yea, about 45 lbs down since Oct 1st!

Just had my first dining out experience. Went to Olive Garden and got the Pasta fagioli Soup. Couldn't even finish one bowl! I was trying to get as much in as I could so it wouldn't be that obvious to the people I was with. No breadsticks though. They were tempting though.

Hey everyone! I am from N Houston and was sleeved Oct 22.

Just went into my basement to grab some older smaller clothes to see if they fit. I have great racks of clothes barely used in a range of sizes (24-26 to 14-16) down there from all my weight loss ups and downs. Looks like a mini Lane Bryant/ Marshall's down there. Lol. Anyway, I just brought up a size 20 pair of pants just for curiosity and...THEY FIT!!!! Started this journey just barely fitting into size 24 pants and now this. WHOO HOO!!!

Thanks. I was beginning to think I was doing something wrong.

First day back to work and first day to the gym. Feel good. Wore out now though.

Today is my one month surgiversary and I have lost 17 pounds, 40 since starting the process in July.
I was feeling like a slow loser for a second, then I felt my legs. Water aerobics and jogging are melting my saddlebags and little pot belly and leaving muscle in their wake. After all the stress of the procedure I am finally feeling normal and going back to doing my everyday routine, but now with more energy.
Sorry this post was so long, I'm just having a great morning.

FYI - I just found out Lane Bryant is having a buy one get one free on everything in their stores and online November 1-4. I live in Houston but the store rep said she thought it was nationwide. It is online too. That could really save some money if you shop there.

Sleeved on Monday. Today I am up, dresses, hair and make up done. Still have pain in the incision but I can handle it. Lol. Highest weight when I started this journey in July was 311. Went down to 299 with 3 months with the nutritionist. Lost 23 on the pre-op diet. Lost 8 lbs this week. Today sitting at 268!

Just ate like 5 sugar free popcicles. Lol They don't upset my stomach.
