Hi, I am 38 yr old female 207 lbs 5' tall mother of 1 son , married 18 yrs. I am from southern MS where all things are fried and sweet tea is a stanle. I am very nervous about recovery time because I have a 5 yr old. I go not have a definite date but atentatively set for Oct. 4 th it will be in that neighborhood. Waiting insurance approval and waiting very impatiently. Good Luck Eceryone! Prayers for all. -

I am havin same prob and I am pre sleeve tryin new things I discovered CHIKE is wonderful mixed with just wonderful put few cubes ice in shake awesome !!!!! Any tips u find full me in . -
I tried strawberry today mixed with water due to lactose intolerance and could not drink it it is horrible , went with the chocolate spender and much better, my fav so far is CHIKE 28 g protein and taste is awesome

I just ordered injury variety pack and tried strawberry sievert today it was so gross mixed with water I tried water due to being lactose intolerate may be better with milk , there again I tried CHIKE strawberry mixed with water and it's fabulous cant wait to try more favors will keep u informed .
