I just bought in vitamin world biotin 5000, the lady said that i could take 10000, 5000 ( 1 pil) in the morning and 5000(1 pil) at night, also i take rejuvicare is liquid collagen and complex B, and vitamin C i hope all those vitamins do somethings good with my hair i am going crazy about my hair lost -
Tomatoes, garlic, peper, meat, onion for the sauce and you can choose quinoa pasta or flaxseed pasta or any green vegetable as i show in the picture

chocolate syrop 1 cup almond milk 8 spoons of cocoa powder 3 spoons of truvia Mix all the ingredients and mix till broil pancake 1 cup oak 1 cup almond milk 2 spoons truvia 1 spoon of almond butter 1 spoon of flax seed 1 spoon chia seed 2 white eggs Mix all together and cook as a normal hotcake At the top add the syrop and almond slice ????????❤????????????????
