well dangit...when I try to download to my iphone, it says I need 5.0...I guess that's another reason for me to upgrade my iphone

my nutritionist told me yesterday that I could have small portions of carbs once I am 6-8 months out...she discouraged me, though, for things like the pasta and bread (I am Italian and love them, too), because they can trigger cravings again and definitely stall any further weight loss...I am hoping that months of healthier eating will put an end to my carb cravings, but I can't imagine never having pasta or a piece of bread again

thanks for your post and sharing that...I agree with what you've said about food addiction and compulsive overeating...it's a tough battle to fight--one I have been fighting for over 20 years. I have been in group therapy and individual counseling and still am...I am also on medication--an antidepressant and not Adderall...I have been diagnosed with panic disorder, clinical depression and (the worst) OCD...food is one of my main issues...I am still not giving up, because I am getting better little by little over the years....and not everyone's progress is as slow as mine...as my therapist has said, it's like peeling the layers of skin on an onion...everybody, hang in there!

bridget, my experience is about the same as yours...eat between 600-800 calories and exercise level about the same...I will try your suggestions as well
