Omg thats not even a good 8 months!!!! Yayyyy I wanna b like u when I grow up... I am 8 weeks today... I started @ 331 and im now at 286lb... I wanna loose have lost a total of 60lbs by year end!!!! I wanna b like u when I grow up!! Congrats!!!

I truly do not have a routine.. At all... still trying 2 figure that out... as far as eating thats a struggle 2 bc I get full sooo fast but tend 2 eat no fat and low sugar... I exercise 5 days a week... 《《《 very intense..I have a great support systems from family 2 friends even co workers... this is not easy like most think... u still have 2 work at it

I am 3.5 weeks out and im sooo grateful n thankful that this has been the best experience.. who was initially worried was me but I had faith n my God n the dr... I read sooo many complication post that it scared the crap outta me (pre and post op) But I pray n thank God everyday 4 wat God has done n is doing wit me...
