I posted my opinion and that was it. I didn't come back and post till I started feeling attacked because of my opinion. When I respond to the people attacking my opinion I did not attack the person but tried to explain my reasoning of my opinion.

Ok people. I've just read this entire thread, and came to the following conclusion: spending pages attacking someone's comments you deem to be judgmental is JUST as judgmental as you think those comments may be. If people would just give their own advice, and not comment on someone else's, no matter how you feel about it, it wouldn't turn into a flame war. Just my 2 cents.

I didn't read anywhere that he said it was so easy for him -- or that he never needed support. I read that a cut and dried answer is better than no answer at all...

I tend not to respond to these arguments when they repeatedly occur but just this once I would like to point out that a lot of the time the comments just keep escalating and getting ruder all the time so what I believe started as a different style of giving advice has escalated to an all out argument where everyone is calling everyone else names when they don't even really know each other. Till its all said in done almost everyone ends up breaking the forum rules. Also it should be noted that the moderators dont read every thread so if you think they should get involved you probably should report it to them so they can make a judgment on where it all went wrong. Just my observation not taking sides either way.

Sometimes we all need a reminder that this whole thing is a lifestyle change. While nobody specifically talked about lifestyle changes in this thread, it might be worth mentioning that there are many facets to our lifestyles that need changed. Adding more exercise or activity for example. Another lifestyle change, and one that seems to be partial to this topic, is changing habits. Old bad habits die hard - we all know that. But that does not change the fact that those old bad habits must go. We all need to find the will power and mental strength to overcome these struggles. These threads always turn into a bunch of drama because people do not like what other people post. Wouldn't we all be better served if we all just posted our thoughts and let the OP take from the posts as they wish? Nobody is going to like everything that people say/post and we ALL need a bit of harsh reality/reminding when we are at the cross roads. Getting all sensitive about ones forum communication skills is no more productive than over-exaggerating the sympathy for those that get off track.

Not sure what one you read about but there have been a few of them. There is one in a war vet cemetery that was made for the non religious that died in the trenches of war. There was also another one placed on government ground at a courthouse. A religious group put up a monument on the property then protested when the courts allowed the non-religious group to do the same. In the end the non-religious group was allowed to put there monument up as well. It has been defaced 3 times that I know of. But the religious one has never been touched.
Why can one group of people demand so much and get so much but react over another group of people getting the same thing. It is sad really and is one of the reasons I don't like organized religion.

It was brought up that the math for the calories and Protein could be wrong. they have it as 135cal. and 14g of Protein. Ill be checking my math tomorrow morning. either way its still a good.

Taco pizza


Ingredients:

- One medium-large sized egg
- 1lb lean ground beef (also good with ground chicken)
- One pack of taco seasoning (I used the reduced sodium one)
- 1/2 can of refriend Beans
- 1/2 bag of reduced fat cheese
- 1/2 can of salsa (I use chunky)
Extras:
- Light sour cream
- Lettuce
- Onion
- Peppers
Any Veggies you want to add go right a head.
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees and either wrap a pizza pan or baking sheet with tin foil and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix ground beef and egg in a large bowl. Then slowly add the taco seasoning till it becomes doughy. Start spreading out ground beef on the tin foil like a pizza. You want it about 1/4in. thick.

Once you have it spread out place in the oven for 20-25 mins. After you take it out cut into it a bit to make sure it’s fully cooked. If it looks good use paper towels to wipe of all the extra taco seasoning and grease that his leaked out from cooking.

This is what it will look like before wiping it off. Below is what it should look like after wiping if off.

Now add your refried Beans and spread it out over you ground beef crust.

Now add you salsa the same way.

Now you add the cheese to the top.

Put taco pizza back into the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

I cut my pizza into 10 slices. This gives me two slices a day for 5 days at work (my first and second breaks).

Add any extra toppings to it and enjoy. If you cut your pizza into 10 slices and just add light sour cream it comes to about 300 cal. and 38g of protein a slice.

Yes, I am an Atheist and I do a lot to help people and be the best person I can be. I don't need to be religious to know what is wrong and what is right and lead a good life. I do this because I want to not because I was told I will be punished if I don't and will be damned to "hell". I also help when can by going out and donating time, not praying and saying i did something when not really doing anything at all.
