    Hello, my name is Jen. I am 32 and a mother of 4. I have been struggling with my weight as long as I can remember and I finally made the decision to do something so I can live a long healthy life. I have nothing but support from my husband and family. I should have a date next week. My insurance is awaiting the letter of consent from my PCP so keep your fingers crossed for me.
