I had surgery July 23rd and when I saw my Dr the other day I was at 100 lb lost. Feels good, I still would like tio lose about 75 lbs more.

I hope it works for you, it took a few days to get into affect for me but I've only been sick once since and it's been over a month since I started the gummies. What a life saver they are (:

I ate at every fast food joint I could find the week before the liquid. It was a farewell to junk. Don't feel bad. Hope you enjoyed every bite:)
