Thank you for your story. It is bittersweet, to lose your Mother is so sad but like slimagainsoon said it may have been God's way because now you are doing well and looking ahead to your healthy future. Sorry for your Loss.

You will be fine I too went through what you are going through, I have high blood pressure and a high heart rate. I had to go through cardiology before my dr would submit my insurance. I had to have an EKG, wear a 24 hour heart monitor and have an echo cardiogram done. In the end everything turned out fine, They put me on beta blockers until surgery, but I can still have surgery, In fact my surgery is this Friday the 14th. So it won't stop you from having it, they would just rather be safe then sorry and make sure your heart can hold up during surgery
