Walked .3 miles today - win! I've never been so damn tired.

I start my pre op diet in less than 2 weeks!!! AHHH!!! lol

Everyday is a new day. Dog hurt me last night but woke up to little pain like last night. Fatigue plagues me but I still can't get vitamins down without the heaves. Went back to clears yesterday. To attempt to move today or not to? Hugs. Have a great day!

Had a great long weekend, and found some more food that I can handle, always a good thing!!!

I am ready to crock pot a pot roast with a side of boiled cabbage and mashed potatoes! I'm having fun testing out my soft-solid pouch!!!

Tomrrow is the big day !!! excited and nervous !

With this day almost gone, I get one more day of reflection before I go full speed ahead!!

As of 4/16/14 I've lost 58 lbs!

4th day on pre-op scale says 234 on 4/16. That is down 13 lbs. from last weigh in at my doctor with clothes on. I should have weighed n at home in bday suit on Sunday morning before starting diet but I knew I had been bad the last few weeks and hated to face what the reality of my actions would have been in weight gain. I am happy that I am 13lbs lighter than I was the last time I weighed myself at home. I thank God for helping me to have a good start.

i sill get this huge pain on the left side what the hell is this? because everything else is fine!!!!!

7 days till surgery day ! i have only lost 5lb a since i started my pre op diet and i am feeling really discouraged idk if i am doing something wrong ughhhhhh

Feeling a little blue today. My scale says I've gained 2 pounds, but I haven't gone to the bathroom in a few days. I'm about 20 pounds away from goal. Haven't been eating right, getting my protein or water in. I also haven't been out walking since the weather is not good and I've been having trouble with my back. Anyone else feeling this way? BTW I'm a little over 8 months out.

It is hard to keep up sometimes..first I was told last week that I looked gaunt and had too much skin hanging on my neck and last night I was told I look really young.......confused yes..Care not really!

Just about 12 hours out....very nervous but know this is the right choice.

Surgery tomorrow! You wait years for something to happen and when it finally does, it feels surreal. I'm a bit anxious, but also excited and optimistic. Can't wait!
