My documentation of Morbid Obesity came in finally, I'm waiting to hear if I passed my psych eval, but honestly not worried. I have my endoscopy at the end of June and then on July 9th I should be able to get my surgery date!! This is going quickly i'm sure, but it feels like it is taking forever.

Sunday I start my pre-op diet. I don't need to start that early but I'm doing so good I don't want to do too much of that "last meal syndrome" stuff. Nothing wrong with going in as healthy as I can either! Gosh I just may be back at goal before surgery... lol

The ups and downs of that damn scale!!! If I eat too many carbs, yet have the right amount of calories, the scale will either not move or move in the direction that I don't want it too. If I eat low carbs and eat less calories with exercise, the scale does the same or I lose weight. WHAT IS THE RIGHT COMBINATION?!?!?!!!???

DAY 30 SUGAR FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I MADE IT Y'ALL!!!!!!!!!!! HALLELUJAH PRAISE GOD!!!!!!!!!!

3 years from surgery & happier than I have ever been! With 80 lbs gone, I consistently hover right around "goal".

Is anyone facing Bitchiness while in post op? My teens can get me going from 0-10 in 2 minutes flat. I'm also peri menopausal too but this is ridiculous.

Been way too long checking in on here! 3 years 3 months post opt and down 90. I was at a 100 pound loss for a long time and trying to get it off again. I had brachioplasty 7 weeks ago and super excited woith the results.

NSV! NSV! A colleague walked past my classroom today and said she didn't see me and wondered if I had a substitute today. (I am a teacher.) Then she realized..."OMG! IT WAS YOU!" It was the best news I heard all day. Rockin' these Citizen of Humanity jeans!

Got a new tattoo that symbolizes "New Beginnings" last night, and that is what I believe with this procedure I have new beginnings going on in my life and I am happy with it all!!!!

I just got called by my doctor and I no longer have sleep apnea. YAY!
