    Hi, I am new at this. This is my first time posting. I am scheduled to be sleeved Sept. 18, 2012 in Tijuana with Dr. Almanza. I am traveling by myself and was wondering if there is anyone else scheduled on this same day with the same doctor. Next I am interested in finding out what brand of protein powder is the best to use. I welcome any information I can get as I very nervous about this whole thing and scared something will go wrong, thanks.
