  2. I am on soft food stage and that's when I got stuck. Eggs in the morning, protein mid morn, turkey chili lunch, jello mid afternoon, and dinner 2 oz chicken/broccoli. I don't know is this wrong?
  3. I am slow, sleeved on 08/13 and have only lose 13lbs. So depressing. I drink water all day, my calories are between 500-800. And bam, I am stuck. I don't know.

  5. I am incorporating snacks. I am eating sugar free pudding, jello, mini baby bell cheese and my protein shakes or protein juices.
  6. I know what your saying. I feel like mine did not make my sleeve small at all. I can eat bowl of soup or oatmeal or grits and not much discomfort. I'm paranoid too.
  7. I am 4 weeks out and already stuck. Eating very small portions 3 times a day. Still in the mush sewage but only lost 1 lb this whole week. Discouraged! HELP!
  8. I also have a issue with this. I was a big drinker to begin with, before, during and after. This is a hard habit to break. It is uncomfortable when I do it so that does force me to think about it more.
  9. Hello, I am a August 13th sleever also. I am so happy and excited for this new start in my life. Still have some pain but everyday is better. Wanting to find some good purée stage recipes, so sick of soup and broth. Ready to move on!
