  8. Just keep bottle of Water with you and sip it ALL day long! Keep a sip in mouth at all times , you will be surprised! 4 days out I really wouldn't worry about Protein right now, remember , your small stomach is still swollen and healing ! So you quantity it holds will be even smaller! Water will not stretch it and it goes right through. Clear fluids is all you need to concentrate on! 40 ozs a day!   11. According to nurse at hospital , any vision issues or changes is 99% due to a nutritional issue, most likely a Vitamin deficient issue ! Make sure you are getting to proper Vitamins in quality and quantity ! Sent from my iPhone using VST
