One year, four months.Wow it's been awhile since I've been on. I've heard this before, SUGAR IS THE DEVIL!
- slow losers discouraged?
I stopped coming to this forum because I am losing soooo much slower than people on here. I am 50 and post menopausal, so I knew it would be slow and I am not hard core dieting. I eat what I want, just a lot less of it! Had several weeks if being really sick and have been inactive too, but today did some before and after pics... I has surgery 2 1/2 months ago. - Ideas for what to tell people?
- anyone know what fatbombs
Are? I hear about them on Facebook, etc... A good low carb sweet treat is all I can gather- Pickle juice
- pre opers please consider
- what is your favorite snack post op
I'm not allowed nuts until 3 months, but sure and follow your doctor's orders. I think nuts can get stuck in staple line and cause serious issues- Please be honest...
There are some reviews about leaking and stuff... Never had that happen at all! Just follow instructions lol- Medicare - Is anyone getting approved for VSG?
- Please be honest...
I got the black and decker on amazon. I love it and love I can switch attachments and use loose coffee- Hunger?
Then eat! LOL just kidding sort of, I've been hungry ever since surgery. I mean when my stomach is empty I know it! I am also hungrier more often. Some believe you won't be hungry after surgery, but it's not true for all of us. I am almost 8 weeks out and I get hungry everyday, but it's more at appropriate times. You'll find a little protein will fill you up nicely and you'll get hungry faster when you eat carbs without protein, like a piece of fruit.- Anyone else need medication for nerve pain?
Google b-6 great for nerves- pre opers please consider
I buy mine on amazon. I am on my 3rd tub of fuzzy navel and have a few other flavors. I get them on amazon for $32 with free shipping... You have to look for the ones for that price and free shipping- pre opers please consider
Ordering some nectar before surgery! I don't know how I would have made it the first few days and weeks without it! I couldn't stand the chocolate or anything with milk! It just tasted like sludge. It's not uncommon to not be able to tolerate milk post op. I don't work for them or anything lol just know how much it helped me! I have the cappuccino and roadside lemonade too, I prefer the fuzzy navel. I start my morning off with one and I have a head start on my protein! I like the cappuccino, but it's really too sweet, but if you love sweet coffee you'll love it- Is this really healthy?
- Am i going to lose more?
- Why am I a Slowwwwwwwww loser?
- Please be honest...
I have a single serving coffee maker. You can use either k cups or lose coffee. It has two baskets! And half the price of the pricey ones!- insite needed
I seem to drink all the time! I have to admit, when I am queasy I only take small sips. Would not getting enough water cause vomiting? I get close to 64 if not more... I don't measure, but think dehydration isn't an issue. I had a UA the other day and one indicator for dehydration was normal, but that's not definitive- Please be honest...
- I want to know honest calorie intake
- Good or bad
I'd also go by what your nut says. There are a ton if opinions here and I wouldn't say any are wrong! I can't eat protein and nothing else. I would totally goof up! There are some who suggest no carbs T all, again not necessarily a good thing. Also, do your own research! Your brain needs carbs to function properly! I strive to stay between 30-50 grams a day, but don't always stay there... I think you're doing great! Like someone said... 4 lbs a week is great! Water and protein are super important, but if you're getting in what YOUR nut says get some fruit or whole grain! It will pep you up!- Good or bad
7 weeks too and lost the exact same amount, but I keep telling myself only 60 more to goal!- Why am I a Slowwwwwwwww loser?
- FEBRUARY SLEEVERS 2013....how you doing after you've been Sleeved
The first month! And if i lie down too soon after eating my stomach really goes wild even nearly a 2 months out, but it's a lot quieter now than early on!Account
