Need serious suggestions. I totally feel like I a going to loose control. I want to eat everything! I am just 5 months out. Still need to loose 15 pounds to get to goal. Down 86. Was down 88 but two came back on. I go into the teachers room looking for something to munch. I am craving junk. Drinking water does not get rid of the urge. Even while I'm teaching I am thinking about munchies. Sunday and Monday were bad days, Tuesday was better and today I am crawling with the urge to nosh. I don't want to screw this up. What do you do when you want to eat the entire corner store?

I still have No idea what that is. Is that the anti ulcer stuff?

I was cleared to fly 6 weeks after to go to Disney. Biggest concert of theirs was that I got up and walked to prevent blood clots. everything went just fine.

There are two large hospitals in my area. One wanted $550 for six months of support groups/surgery prep and the other one didn't. Can you guess where I went ? My insurance covered my surgery. The hospital has about 6 different support groups a month, all free. Plus, they have their own forum like VST that is monitored by the office staff. I really feel like my office cares about us, to just their wallet. So sorry you are going through this. Does it sound very professional what so ever.

Seriously, do the firming creams do anything?

I am getting very frustrated with pant sizes. I'm down 83 pounds. I am currently 174 and 5'5". I so want to be in size 12 jeans. What is frustrating is there are some 14s I can't wear yet! I am only 20 pounds from my lightest weight and was able to get into 1 pair of size 8 shorts then. Is there any hope for being a size 10 again? I've had two children, did they wreck that much havoc on my body?

My stomach was way noisy too a couple of weeks post op. I figured it was finally waking up and screaming, what the hell did you do to me? Lol

Me too! Surgery was 9/25/12. Current weight, 174. Total lost 83 3/17/13 goal, 165 and size 12 jeans!

Made my goal of 175 a few days ago. Now, I'm down to losing these last 20 pounds. Hopefelly it will get me into size 10/12 jeans. Very frustrated to be stuck in size 14s.

How tall are you? I'm so frustrated! I'm 5'5" but still in size 14s. At 175lbs. Still can't get my butt into 12s.....

Hit my goal last night! Very excited and surprised. Now going to shoot for 169 for my 40th birthday on the 17th!

I've hit a stall I guess. Wish it was a stall, I've gone up .2 pounds each day this week. Not sure what is up. Scared that my tool is worn out and this is where I'm going to be. Only lost 7 pounds in the last month. Want to be 175 by my 40 th birthday on the 17th but that is between 7-8 pounds away and if the past month is any indicator, I'm screwed. I'm getting my protein in, thats not the problem. It really depressed me when I sat down today and figured out that I only lost 7 pounds this month. Hope you all are in better spirits.

I went back after two weeks and was totally fine. Actually walked the entire state fair four days post op. I do small group music lessons so I can sit a lot.

Feel so good about my after picture! I still need to loose 35 more. (hopefully, but at least 25) I am 3 months and almost 3 weeks post op. Not looking forward to summer clothes though. My arms are so baggy. First picture was taken in March 2012 at at least 255, second pic taken 1/12/13 at 185

I have exercise bands but I've got tendinitis in my left elbow and since we can't take anti inflammatory I'm kinda screwed. Doc said wait until it settles down but it's been over a month. Going to have to suck it up and just work through it. (Actually been bothering me for about 3 months)
