  1. Thanks a bunch...... I got in touch w/ my Dr..... I called the hospital where I am supposed to go if I have problems, told them about his 24/7 phone line...and within an hour he called me......he said he wasn't a big fan of Immodium....but it would be ok to take 1 dose...and if I wasn't better by tomorrow to come into the office. I took the one dose and was able to take about a 4 1/2 hour nap.......I was tired!!:notagree But now it is the same thing.....back to the bathroom,:sick so I am about to take my 2nd dose....I am a fan of Immodium,:clap2: and if I have to drink that pink stuff again...I know I won't keep it down. The best thing about this whole thing is......I know I have lost a few pounds!!
  2. Hi, I am new to posting here, I have read a lot, but I was banded on May 17th. I have had no complications at all...... I am not sure this is the right place for this question.....but I have had a VERY upset stomach and diarrhea since Thursday night...My Dr. said to only take Pepto-Bismol for this, the bottle says do not take for more than 2 days. I have tried to contact my Dr and somehow the phone lines are crossed, We are in Texas where we have got all the rain so I am sure that has a lot to do with it. I live 2 hrs away, so I really don't want to have to go to the ER to get help. I was just wondering why can't I take Imodium....It works very well on me every time.....before LBS. Anyone else have this problem.....please I can use whatever experience anyone has.....Thanks in advance... Trish
