  1. That is what I'm afraid of happening. I have an appointment with the surgeon next week and I plan on brining it up. Hopefully it's not that. Thanks!
  2. Yeah when I go it's normal. Well it has been in the past anyways.
  3. I don't know why I didn't even think about chewable fiber! I will definitely pick some up today. Yes I am getting in my fluids. It's just weird it's like I have nothing in me lol
  4. How often should you be having a bowel movement at almost 2 months out? The reason I ask is because since surgery I have a bowel movement maybe once every 2 weeks and this last time its longer than 2 weeks. I pass gas so I know something is moving around in there. I take MOM and it does not seem to help. I rarely got constipated prior to surgery and when I did I was very uncomfortable and I don't get that same feeling now. IF I am lucky i get about 2oz of protein in me at each sitting and can not stomach any veggies to get any fiber in so my diet consist of pure protein. I tried to search the topic but found a lot of post about a week or so post op so I apologize if this is a repeat of another thread...Is this common?? or am I the only one and need to start worrying and call the doctor?
  5. Was sleeved on 9/19 and started out at 262 and today I am 220. So that is 42lbs in about six weeks. I have stalled some which frustrated me and my weight loss has completely slowed down these last 2 weeks. However I am seeing the results of the weight loss but not necessarily in a good way. Don't get me wrong I am so happy with the loss but I am so disgusted with where I got myself to and now that I can see the loose skin especially on my inner thighs. When I started this whole process I didn't think about the changes I would see before I got to my goal weight and yes I expected loose skin at that point and had actually started to prepare myself for a full body lift but I just can't even look at myself in the mirror without critizing every part of me. My husband is so supportive and keeps saying once I start working out to fix the loose skin and that he doesn't really notice it. Sometimes I think he says it because he has to. I know the sleeve is not a quick fix and I am completely committed to using the tool appropriately but I just don't like what I look like until then. Just a rant thanks for listening.
  6. I get hungry but I just.don't even feel like eating. Some things sound great to me but the thought of eating whatever.sounds good just disgust me:(

  9. I have seen a difference in my sleep pattern. Im now usually in bed by 7-8pm and sleep 12 hours but wake up frequently thru the night and i even take naps during the day. Before surgery i went to bed at about 11 and woke up at about 6:30 am.
  10. It sounds like we are in the same boat. I'm still out of work because of it:(
  11. I am almost 1 month and a week out and still constantly nauseous. I can't take it anymore. Anything I put in my mouth causes my stomach to churn. I am on motion sickness patch and ativan for nausea and no luck:( hopefully it ends soon
  12. I am really waiting for it to be gone from my face and neck. bc of.a condition I have I had to rake a a lot I'd steroids which causes "chipmunk" face so hopefully that goes away
  13. I know each person is going to be different but I also thought you would be able to notice jt in your face. My face seems as fat as ever but my.clothes is loose. Just waiting for my face to think out some
  14. My husband has been awesome with not even brining junk into the house and really good about standing up to me when I say I have a craving. Especially since it's almost that time of the month. Ugh

  20. Ok so I am having a serious craving for a sonic shake:( sugar free fudge pops aren't doing it for me anymore:( and when I say craving I mean I'm ready for jump in the car and drive there now ugh! It really sucks being 4 1/2 weeks out and still on a liquid diet!
