  2. I couldn't stand Bariatric Advantage, it's way to sweet (in a chemical way). I thought unjury chocolate Splendor was the best. You can order samples online. Good Luck!

  4. My doctor sent me home with a Rx for antacid that I take daily.
  5. I am 25 days out and haven't been able to drink Protein shakes for about a week and I am only getting about 15-20 grams of protein from food. I have been drinking Isopure (40 grams of protein) over the day to get in my protein.
  6. Holly5.3 I too live on Long Island in Suffolk county, who was your surgeon? When were you sleeved? I had mine on 10/10 with Dr Ahmad. I am on stage 2, but now my body is done with dairy every time I have yogurt or a Protein shake it doesn't agree with my insides. I am really hoping to move to the next stage!

  10. Hi, Had mine 10/10, I lost 10lbs the week after surgery a total of 63lbs since beginning this journey. When I go back to the doctor 11/1, I will see my latest weight loss, and will be happy to move to the Stage 3 diet! Good Luck!

  12. To be honest its all happening so quickly that I haven't had a chance to be nervous, ask Tuesday night, I may not have the same answer.
  13. Guess what my surgeons office called and moved me up to 10/10, OMG just 4 days away!
