I had my sleeve on 10/10. I have no problem with liquids now, and I have a Protein Bar (20 grams) for Breakfast every morning and that really helps with upping my protein levels.

For me it's not about the calories (although I stay under 800 a day), but about getting at least 60 grams of protein a day.

What about protein bars? Pure Protein Chocolate Deluxe has 20 grams of protein and 180 Calories, 17g of carbs. -
