Lake_gurl, I cant really answer about the sleeve but I know it has been used for other bariatric proceedures as Meal Replacements. I was considering surgery and decided to give Isagenix a try first. In 2-1/2 months I am down 30 pounds. I'm sleeping better and certainly have more energy. There are other comments about the company being a MLM which it is and how you buy the products. But take that out of the picture for a minute, I look at it like this, buy it from a personal distributor or a store, whats the difference. But I can tell you the products are amazing. From the shakes to the supplements. If you have any questions about what I have been through, starting at 290 pounds, or the products and how to use them, just let me know.
