I am six months out and have lost 73 lbs. Some would find that tragedy since its not a 100 lbs. or more in six months. I have been a slow user but I have been continually losing and Im very proud at what I hv lost. I have went from a size 22-24 pants to now in a 16 that are baggy. Whoohoo. I also went from a 3x shirt to a medium shirt size and sometimes large...depends on the shirt. I feel so much better and feel confident I will lose the rest. Don't get discouraged if you feel you're a slow user. It will come off!

Sugar free popsicles saved me when I desired something sweet after dinner. It was my nightly ritual for the first 3-4 months. I still eat them now and then. You also can do sugarfree pudding. I don't know how many crabs are in the gravy you're eating but I do know there's brown gravy that has hardly any carbs at all. You may want to try that. Its also low fat and calorie. I personally don't pay a lot of attention on fat grams but do look at calories, carbs and sugar intake. -
Every cockpot is different on settings and how fast they cook. I like to cook on low. I would just input the Greek yogurt. It will turn to creamy anyways. I love cooking in the crockpot

I would say whenever you're able or cleared to eat chicken.

Do you mind saying what you eat daily? I track mine on myfitnesspal.

Honestly it depends on what your doctor allows. I was allowed sugar free popsicles and sugar free pudding, yogurt, added it mash potatoes and broth but every doctor is different.

Yes I was talking about the loose skin surgery. It wasn't very much there. -

And actually the loose skin surgery is not that much where I had surgery. My cousin is checking into that -

I know they do that there also. I didn't want to go too deep into Mexico and wanted to know people that actually had surgery there so I felt very confident for many reasons. Good luck. -

I had test run prior to surgery. Like lab and Xrays. I had the verticle sleeve done and was in the hospital from Monday to Thursday. -

I had my surgery done in Acuna Mexico just across the border from Del Rio Texas in July 2012. Awesome doctor and results. My cousin had his surgery first and I had my a few months later. Dr. LUIS Cruz Gandara. Wonderful staff and hospital. Hospital Ejeza. The cost I believe was $7,500. I was in the hospital from Monday to Thursday. I would highly recommend him. -
