It was explained to me as anything on the clear list, plus cream soups, milk, yogurt, sugar free pudding, cream of wheat, sugar free ice pops.

I've been trying a bunch in preparation. I really like the Pure Protien shakes, 35g protein, low fat/carbs. They have several flavors. I purchased on Amazon, but you can get at GNC also. Good luck!

I'm from Lyndhurst, I am also a Dr. Schrope patient. I agree,Meredith and the entire staff are fantastic. I was in Valley for my endoscopy yesterday and if that was any indication of the care at Valley, we are in good hands.

I'm pre surgery too, also using Dr. Schrope at her NJ office. My insurance papers have just been submitted, and so far I have nothing but good things to say about the practice in general. After months and months of research, and attending an information seminar, I met with Dr. Schrope before I made the decision to proceed and found her to be patient, very informative. She took her time to go through the process with me and put me at ease. I was very confident in my decision to move forward with her as my surgeon.
