First Day Back To Work.

  • Popular Post

Today is my first day back to work and 1 week post op. the pain the first few days was horrible but I feel a lot better. Just took a little longer to walk to the ferry and take the train and stuff. I have to give myself more time tomorrow.

I also weighted myself for the first time and I'm down 15 lbs!

I broke my ankle really bad had to have a plate and 9 screws put in on 12/24/11 and was out of work for 4 months so I don't have anytime left at work so I went back. It wasn't so bad. I just missing riding my bike to work I hate taking the MTA. I get my staples out tomorrow! My allergies are killing me. My stomach feels like its ripping every time I sneeze. ????

I was in hospital for a week, then home for a week before I went back to work. I have a sedentary desk job where I sit throughout much of the day. But even with my job, I felt that I went back too soon. I was exhausted halfway thru my day. I know everyone is different tho, and im glad you made it thru your day ok.

Have you weighed yourself yet? Do you have muscle Spasms? I have it in my back and arms. I also have Rheumatoid arthritis so maybe it's that. My Immune system is shot after being in the hospital 3 days and lack of food. I dream about bread and butter. The one from outback Specifically ???? 2 more weeks!

I also have a desk job and my chair at work is higher then my Furniture at home so it's easier to get up. Plus I almost never rest at home. Always something to do.
