    extreme exhaustion

I felt the same way and I'm always freezing. I finally got my blood work done and now I have to see a specialist to get an iron infusion. Please go get checked. You rather be alive then worry about your career. This is no joking matter
  2. Thank you for all the responses. But if I can get an answer from a lady that started the pill after surgery, that would be great.
  3. I had my surgery July 9th and my weight loss was great. I started my birth control once I got my period, stepped in the scale one morning and all of a sudden I gained 6lbs. The weight is coming down about a 1lb a week and it's very frustrating. Has this happened to anyone? I feel like getting off the BC but if I got pregnant that would be a whole separate problem. Please help Kellee

    Dumping Syndrome?

Candy, I'm so glad you told your story. I had my first dumping experience and thought I had to call 911. I ate ice cream and my body wasn't sure if I wanted to vomit or have diarrhea. I started dripping in sweat and I was very dizzy and nauseaus. I thought I had a leak because I was getting strange back spasms. I took every nausea medication I could find, stumbling around and almost passing out. I finally layed down and it went away. The worst 15 minutes of my life. Ugh Kellee
  5. I would stay away. I had to get my band removed because all the carbonation made the band slip. It also caused me to have bad acid reflux. I have the sleeve now and I don't want the soda to stretch my stomach. Please listen to me because I was addicted to soda, it's not worth it!!!
  6. I just removed the lap band and got the sleeve instead. I had the band for 10 years and I had major acid reflux, it caused a hernia and I always had to run to the bathroom to throw up. I have had the band for 3 weeks and even though I have had major gas pains the actual surgery does not hurt. Im not sick or nauseated. I would highly recommend!! Good Luck!1

    Salad

My Dr said at week 7 I could try salad. Its weird that I asked about salad and thats what I am craving. Im going on week 4. Kellee
  8. Trust me ...I KNOW THE FEELING. I had gas pains for 2 weeks and it tends to spread all over the body. At one point it was stuck between my lungs and rib cage and I could not breathe. I used gas x, heating pads, chewed gum and walked during every commercial on tv. I wasn't in any pain from the actual surgery procedure, it was ALL GAS...ugh...sorry Kellee

  10. I had my surgery on July 9th and I feel great....except I cannot sleep at night because I get a very sharp cramp in my lower left back. I don't move and all of a sudden its like someone stabbed me with a knife and it goes away. Is this normal? Do you think this is a CO2 gas pain? It has moved all over my body but now it is stuck in my back. I walk, chew gum, take gas ex...etc. I find myself doing laps around the house at 2am, 4am and 6am. Should I be concerned? If you had this problem, how long did it last? Please Help Kellee
