    Just take one day at a time. Keep low carb items on hand that you enjoy. I keep beef jerky , pickles and sunflower seeds for salty snacks and sugar free hard candies for sweet snacks. Sugar free hot chocolate is good too. Good luck and keep trying.

    You can also add unjury unflavored protein to sugar free hot chocolate or any flavor to coffee. Just make sure it is not over 140 degrees or it will clump.

    My nut said most people can't tolerate it and discouraged me from eating it but it does not bother me and it is a good snack. I love ostrich sticks. I get them when I am at work. There is a GNC next door.

    I get the bags of Gortons grilled shrimp and tilapia and keep in the freezer at work. I heat them in the microwave for s meal or a snack. Low cal and lots of protein. Morning Star veggie burgers are good too for a quick meal. I can eat half with some cottage cheese and salsa melted on top...yum

    I feel like I am hungry alot too. I have started snacking on celery and radishes. Very low cal and I love them. I do make sure I get at least 60 grams of protein in as well.

    I was never told not to chew gum and I do all the time. Sugar free of course. My doc told me before surgery that some people are nauseous for a while after surgery but that it eventually gets better. It did not happen to me but I was warned that it might.

    I have 3 and the largest is inside my belly button and the one on my left is a little bigger than the one that is slightly to the right about 5 inches above belly button.

    Yes eating solid food too soon can cause a leak. Not sure cheetos would but they are dangerous because they are high calorie slider food. When I craved something cheesy when I was in the full liquid/mushy stage I ate plain greek yogurt with salt and pepper and some sprinkle parmesan cheese mixed in or powdered ranch dressing mixed in and it satisfied.

  18. Do you get that from GNC? Just wondering if there is a cheaper place to buy. I do not have a Cosco but do have Sams Club in my area.
  19. If you do the hot chocolate or coffee it is not heavy...at least not to me.
  20. If you drink coffee or hot chocolate you can add chocolate or vanilla protein powder to it as long as you cool it below 130 degrees and you can not taste the protein. That is what I do.
