  1. I am down 105 pounds and it has been almost a year...I'm so excited about my progress!!!!
  2. I confess I have had a couple non carbonated cocktails. I confess my eyes are still bigger than my stomach. I confess I do still crave bad foods. I confess stalls scare the crap outta me.   4. I have been doing well since hitting six months the weight loss is touchy. .I used to weigh a couple times a week and would notice that every week I would lose. Now I lose maybe one week out of the month. I noticed I am hungry more often now, been trying to stay away from the bad carbs and eat more fruits and veggies. I am also gonna stop weighing as much maybe once a week..
  5. Breakfast -1 turkey sausage patty 90 calories Snack - 5 strawberries 50calories Lunch- lunchables duo (ham, cheese, crackers) 150 calories Dinner- Broiled old bay shrimp 150 calories
  6. I am ten weeks out and I Can definitely say that I get that full feeling. I thought that I would need to keep measurements but my body tells me. Especially if you are eating protein first and veggies next!!!
  7. When I hit my stall I did Clear liquids for one day and the scales started to move again.

  11. I completely agree . I work in a nice sized office and I havent even came back from leave yet. I get texts from everyone like how much have you lost? Send me a pic! I am over it already.I never discussed my weight before and really dont wanna discuss it now! Plus I think everyone is gonna be making comparison between myself and a couple others that had the bypass...ughh.just want to blend in and be normal!!
  12. I just thought my moms dr was different...now I realize my dr is different ...outside of cream soups and mash potatoes protein shakes are what I'm living on....
  13. Yes my dr sent me home on pureed food fir 6 weeks.....what about your surgeon? My moms dr sent her home on one week full liquids
  14. I am 6 days post op and still am trying to get the hang of this new stomach. I feel like my hunger is not the same. I can only eat about 6 teaspoons at a time. Its hard to plan meals. Its really frustrating!

  17. I completely agree I do it all the time!!!! When I went to my baratric seminar I was thinking gosh I'm so much smaller than most people here.....in hind site I'm embarrassed because a picture says a thousand words!!!!

  20. I would also love to take a nice vacation without the anxiety of airplane seatbeats and the worry if can I fit I into a Booth at a restuarant .......among my growing list!!!
