Today, a little less than 5 1/2 months out I have officially lost 60 lbs and 75% of my excess weight!!Only 20 lbs to go before I am in a normal BMI woohoo!!

Well, the 4th ultrasound confirmed the fetus stopped developing 4 weeks ago. The doctor gave me meds to induce my miscarriage. I am currently miserable feeling like I am going thru labor with the flu! My body just wasnt ready to have a baby so soon after surgery and while I am still sad I am also a bit relieved b/c it wasnt a choice I made. My IUD is still missing so once i survive the next few days finding that is the next step. Then the hubby is getting snipped...no more IUDs for this g...

Wow! I was expecting hair loss but not THIS extreme! Good thing I have a lot of hair! This may be the first time I've ever appreciated it lol

Heck yeah!! 2 week vacation including a 1 week cruise and I STILL lost weight! All hail the miracle sleeve!

This month was not as successful as I'd like I've gone from 159 to 156 back to 159lbs THREE TIMES! I'm tired of losing the same 3 lbs. Has this happened to anyone else?
