  1. The best way to curb a craving is to log it BEFORE I eat it. Nine times out of ten I will decide its just not worth it, and if I DO decide its worth then I'll know I REALLY chose it and didn't just eat it absentmindedly.

  5. About to be a sleeved couple :) Hubby's surgery is tomorrow! Switched from Mi Doctor to Florence last min because of broken laproscopic equipment but Dr. kelly was nice enough not to charge us the extra $500. He's so awesome.

  6. I love to see when people are below goal so I decided to change my GW to my 1st goal which is a normal BMI. After that I can re-evaluate and go after my personal goal.

  15. 10 month weigh in and 5.5 lbs lighter...almost in the 130's!! 7 lbs from normal bmi...can't wait!!

  16. 8 months out today and the scale gave me a little present this morning -1.5 lbs! Only 17 lbs to normal BMI!!

  17. Well...my 2 month surgiversary has arrived! I can't belive it's been that long already! I have lost a total of 32 lb and have lost a total of 35 inches off my body! Very happy with those results! This money was the best money I have ever spent!

  18. I only told 2 people about my surgery (hubby and bestie). Well today at a little over 5 months out I had to tell my gyno b/c I am having a minor surgical procedure done. His reponse "Why? You are not even overwieght!" Ummm...well I was 60 lbs ago BEFORE I had surgery! DUH!

  19. Well...I had an ultrasound. My IUD is nowhere to be found (could be a problem). It looks like I had a miscarriage a few weeks ago. The baby stopped developing and there was no heartbeat or fetal movement. OB appointment today to find out what to do now. I didnt want to get pregnant especially right after surgery but its still a little sad when your baby doesn't make it. I just have to trust God.

  21. Tomorrow will be a week since my sleeve surgery I am surprised at how fast my body has recovered. It has been pretty easy so far. Since I started my 3 day pre-op diet last Tuesday and since surgery I am already down almost 10 lbs in a little over a week. I am still very swollen in the stomach area (3 extra inches) but I look forward to the future again thanks to my new tool!

  22. Dear scale, I've been getting my workout on and eating perfectly...please be under 156 in the morning...it would be the best Easter present. Don't make me beg!

  23. OH MY GOSH! I just hit the 150's!!! I haven't seen that on the scale in like 11 years!!

  24. Breaking the 163 lb mark was a big deal because it cleared 3 goals all at once! #1 I am no longer considered obese #2 Its officially the lowest I've been in 10 years #3 I offically weigh less than my driver's license weight ( YES... I lied by THAT much!)

  25. Today, a little less than 5 1/2 months out I have officially lost 60 lbs!!Only 20 lbs to go before I am in a normal BMI woohoo!!
