I hired a lawyer the day after I was suspended.

Or those of you who read a previous post of mine. I feel like I was discriminate against at work for about to go out on fmla . Today I found out I was terminated. Oh well, filed for unployment, and waiting for my lawyer to call me back.

Surgery 6/4. Came home 6/5. Been in my night gown since I got home, try to get walking around the house. Got 6 walks yesterday at 5 mins each. Today I decided to get up, get dressed and walk outside. I made it 13 mins, and was so discouraged !!!!

I feel pretty good today. Still sore and have gas pains, all bearable . Still taking pain Meds. Walked about a total of 30 mins through the house today, plan to get outside tomorrow and walk for 15 mins each time, only been able to walk for 5 mins at a time. Overall I feel like I am doing well

I had it in the middle of the night last night. It kinda shocked me.

I had surgery on Monday and I am home, drinking hot water and walking around house. Waiting for chewable gas-x, and other suggestions to get rid of gas pains , they are in left shoulder and chest Area

Well it's one day post op. of course I came home 16 lbs heavier, and it was tough going from a morphine drip to Percocet , and all I do is sleep, drink, get up and move , go to the bathroom and then back again to sleep. I think so far I am actually doing good, and so glad to be home. Will try to keep everyone updated .

Another surgery for tomorrow, yeah, me too

Hospital is an hour drive, and I am staying with my parents a few days. I have to be at registration area by 6 am.

Just got my call from the hospital, I am first up. Gotta leave the house at 4:30am, hope I can sleep tonight

Re op cleanse today.. It's been fun so far, and since it's liquid diet of course I wanna eat. Lol. Drinking water. Taking pics a video tonight , kinda emotional today, but not to nervous. Will post my last post on way to hospital tomorrow

I go Monday 6/4 and I am ready was nervous earlier in the week, I'm impatient, I just want it over with. Lol

If your husband gets laid off he should still he should still have the ability to get cobra, this is where you pay for the benefits. It can be rather costly, but cheaper than the surgery. Best of luck !!!

Update for everyone.. Work has still not replied to my lawyer. I am still employed but who knows for how much longer . Still moving forward with surgery , I am so stressed about the work issue that I don't even have time to stress about the operation on 6/4. 5 days !!!!

Struggling, bought a pack, no drinking enough water , just finished a mile walk , trying to keep the energy going .

Been strong all day, quit cold turkey, ate too much, trying to drink lots of water

I am here at home questioning whether I should walk to the store for cigarettes. uggh sure u can understand, I need to not smoke and I know it , after 3 days I should b past it. Struggling today

Yes. Everyone could see he had it out for him too. My lawyer is good, so I have faith it will turn out ok, since I know I did nothing wrong . Surgery on Monday !!! Yeah buddy !!

One week away from surgery, about to smoke the last cigarette and . That will be tough but I am determined. Had to do a will today, and that makes it so real. Getting a little nervous, but still soooo ready. Week dragging cause I have not been working. Ready for the count down, hoping all surgeries this week go great !!!!
