  4. Hi everyone! I am new to the site. I am currently going through the 3 month process with my insurance and hospital weight program before I can have the surgery. I already had my in-take program about 2 weeks ago. I will have my first session on July 7th where I will meet with the registered dietician and go over all the reading material. I know what I have to do but it's the whole process of changing the way I eat that scares me. I have always turned to food to help me cope wether it was dealing with the loss of my mother at 9, stress, depression. I don't have any other way I know of copeing . Unfortunately, my health has declined because of the excess weight and I can't wait to see it go! I'm just here like everyone else and can't wait to get a "new" me back!
