  1. Years ago when I was only 17 and working and living on my own I needed to cut cost as much as possible. Ramein noodles get old quick so I started eating beef liver sandwiches because they only cost 28 cents a pound at the time. I recently went back and found that at only about 100-130 cals, 7-11 carbs, and high Protein at 27-30 gr ( depends on how it is cooked) it has made my way back into my diet as a low carb very high protein meal.


  2. I must have a stomach of steel. The only thing that has bothered me is when eating meat. If it is to fatty I find that later I will reguritate just the fat but not the meat. Sounds gross but at least I can keep the meat Protein down. I am only 2 months out and have to really watch my portions already. If I do not measure each with a cup I could keep going to a extent. Short honey moon I guess.


  3. So pretty much have been cruising through this with losing about a pound to apound an half per day. Then wham for the last week not one ounce loss. I kept reading about stalls but figured it could not happen to me or at least for awhile. Still debating as to wether to change up some part of my eating habit ( 800-900 cals, 40 carbs, 30 fat, 100 Protein daily average amounts). Or should I just keep doing as this and wait it out?


  4. I had a cardiomyopathy, now I have an internal defibrillator. On a few drugs for my heart.

    Same here, but last Summer went into a fib for 4 months. So went from to strong a heart which was double the normal size to a weak heart now. Lab tests always have shown perfect health just have a bad heart. I even had open heart surgery at 31 where part of the heart muscle was cut out to weaken the heart. Docs said I would be lucky to make 3-4 years. I am now 45 so they don't know squat.

    But seriously I drank about a gallon a day of crystal lite. Mix up the flavors so your taste buds don't get bored. And 2 Protein drinks a day. The headaches went away after a couple of days and the hunger will subside to a point the further along you get.
