  5. I had the surgery not my family so I won't stop making what they love because I can't over eat. My menu is the usual Puerto Rican style rice with peas & roast pork in the oven & salad. New Years its a little more food. I eat a tiny bit but still enjoy time with my family.
  6. In the beginning might have a lot of vomiting. Stuck get stuck if you eat too fast. If you drink too fast you might choke. You have 80% chance of getting saggy no matter your age arms butt tummy legs. Everything I mention I experience it.
  7. Feel better soon & to your family.

  14. God is always on my side. I say this because I'm a very strong woman. I have done everything alone. Had 3 csections same day of discharge on all 3 I was making dinner taking care of the babies. After gastric by pass the next day after discharge I was food shopping. Lifting the grocery my daughter did it but I was walking slowly but didn't struggle at all. This doesn't mean anyone is weak it only means its not impossible to do things on your own. I can't count on my husband and that's ashamed. I do wish he was more supported & helpful but he feels the only responsibility he has is to work & pay all the bills which he does so god made me extra strong because I basically only have my 15 year old to lean on if I needed her help which she never refuse to help me out. If I'm sick she takes care of her siblings & makes me soup. I'm so glad I have my teenager.
  15. Frozen scale 4 weeks now double ugh! I'm thinking of doing 2 protein shakes per day (when I get money to buy it) and one good meal for dinner & see if it breaks the stall.
  16. It's a challenge by 6 months you should have it down pack like me
