  5. I wanna strangle this man... I made some sramble eggs with salami, toast with butter, bacon & cafe. He leaves the house knowing Breakfast is on the table. He comes back looking at the time saying is it 2pm in other words I give him breakfast at that time. When i make breakfast it's between 9am-11am It's like a night mare.

  7. I like the slow past I don't want to lose weight fast & then be depress over saggy body. I'm working out also so the weight lost might decrease or be steady but I'm fine with that.
  8. He told me everything I want pasta steak chicken rice anything. I'm not eating any if that. I had a piece of steak that was good. I'm sticking to flounder & tilapia fish. Mash potatoes lots of liquid. Occasional steak I can't keep chicken down.
  9. To be honest with you. I'm never hungry. I can sleep 24hr and not eat. I do make my self eat like every 3 hours.
  10. My surgeon said I can eat everything but I dont want to.

Excellent question but as time passes your pouch stretch I been reading a lot on other members here they gain weight after a year or 2 years some more time so I believe by the time we are 60 we won't have any issues. We go back stages like after surgery soups salad liquid. I honestly haven't seen a really old person eating fast food. I seen them in diners eating mash potatoes soft food cafe stuff like that.

  15. I got a headache for about 3 days. I didn't take anything because I was afraid.

  20. Welcome to the group! I'm a stay at home mom of 3 kiddos. Ages 15,4,2 unfortunately married over 16 years. I had surgery May 30, 2012 was 211lbs had 30 day diet went to 197lbs and now after surgery I'm 167lbs I feel good. I would recommend this surgery. I also exercise.
  21. I was the same in the beginning but I'm back to normal (so called normal) I drink Poland spring & smart water it contains electrolytes which is what your body needs. I basically live on water. I feel like a bird. I take a bite here and there and I'm full.
