Migraine's

I'm seven months post-op rny. I have been experiencing migraines two to three times a week. I noticed they have been happening more when I exercise. I have layed off the exercise and it has helped. But all of a sudden it started again. Has anyone experienced this as well? If so have you found a remedy?

I got a headache for about 3 days. I didn't take anything because I was afraid.

Have it return?

Could it be that u aren't drinking enough water? That happens to me if my workout is intense & I am not properly hydrated.

So yesterday and today they have come back. Definitely not as strong but present. I am drinking at least 7-8 cups of water a day and 60-80g of protein. Yesterday the headache was because of hitting my head. I woke up just fine but then after my work out it's back. I made a dr.s appointment for tomorrow.

Hope they find some answers for you. Headaches are the worst. I miss my motrin
