    I've been researching prices, and found many different prices. Why is www.alighterme.com (http://www.alighterm...urgery-specials) so low. The price is just $4,500. I've seen others around this price but I'm curious to see why so many companies compete on price? Should one go for price first, or go for surgeon first. Any help will be appreciated. Even looking at this site, there are a lot of ads with the price first.
