I have been doing my major cooking once a week. freezing in individual portions and I have lots of options. also have been buying a whole cooked chicken from sams club, taking it off the bone and throwing it in a tupperware conatiner. so many options with chicken breast. I also have been planning my meals and packaging them up twice a week for the next few days. I never have to think what I am going to have and I also wont grab the unhealthy stuff because I am too tired to think or cook
