I am 30 years old, married with two girls and a full time student pursing a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. I have struggled with my weight for almost 8 years, which was after I had my first child. I went to weight loss clinics, tried multi-diets, I lost the weight but soon gained it back along with friends.
