  1. Yes, I'm doing everything I'm supposed to be doing so i suppose you're right. Before I gained a lot of weight, I spent the majority of my life at this weight, so it would make sense that I would plateau here. My pants are fitting a lot better ( i purposely bought them 2 sizes too small) So i guess I'll just have to wait it out. Thanks guys!
  2. Hey guys! this is my first post in this forum, i really need some advice/encouragement! I had my surgery Oct 11th, and I'm currently down 58lbs. For about 2 weeks now, I have weighed anywhere from 241-243. I'm so irked right now! I'm starting to panic and feel as if I'm not going to lose anymore Previous to my plateau, my weight loss slowed down to about 2 lbs a week. Is this normal? I've been going to the gym almost daily for the past month so I'm really confused as to why the numbers arent moving! I know it could be muscle gain but come on now! lol
