  1. I just got my tentative date two days ago, so my head is spinning at bit about the things I need to do to prepare. I have been focusing on eating behaviors (taking smaller bites, chewing more slowly, putting my utensil down between bites, eating at the table and without distractions, etc.) as well as looking into foods, etc. that will be a part of my new life after the surgery. I ordered a variety sample pack of nectar and I will probably head to GNC or the Vitamin Shoppe soon to see what individual packets they have to try. I am most worried about finding a vitamin that I can tolerate. I hate chewables! I'm not scared or nervous about the surgery aspect. I know what to expect as I have had other lap surgeries in the past. I know I will need to take it slow and not expect too much out of my body while giving it a chance to heal. I am a planner by nature so I am happy to have this time to work out some kinks ahead of time in terms of what I will need to do. What about you?
  2. I would be interested and I'm 39 too! I am hoping that I can break the 200 mark before my 40th birthday! I am tentatively scheduled to have my surgery 4/11 with Dr. Feiz and my current weight is 257.
