  4. Great Job! I was also sleeved that day! I think I am down 23 lbs. I don't get on the scale but once a week so not to get to disappointed. But I do love my sleeve!!! Keep up the good work!
  5. I have tried and did some but I'm not a milk drinker and have a hard time even thinking about it. lol I do do greek yogart which is high in protein. It will be easier on me after week 3 when I can do soft foods and get my protein in with food.
  6. Hello Bella143! I was sleeved on Monday the 12th, a week before you and I can say the pain/soreness will get less with each day. I am now 9 days out and still have a little soreness in my left side area. In my experience I did try to walk/move around as much as I could. Went back to work one week post op. Seems like when I was in the bed or laying around the soreness would be worse. But it will get better I promise! Let me know if you have any questions for me since our surgeris are so close together. Good Luck!
  7. Hi Desertmom! My surgery was on March 12, 2012 and today is the first day I feel pretty normal besides being a little sore. I have no problems drinking liquids or broth. They are all going down with no resistance.I had 3/4 can tomato basil Soup last night for supper with no problem but it did fill me up very well. I also can do Jello, puddings, yogarts and cream of wheat. Already had chocalate milk this am and now having hot peppermint tea. Let me know if you have anymore questions since our dates are close. Good Luck!
  8. Prayers to you my friend! My surgery is Friday so lets keep in touch. Prayers going up!
  9. March 9th for me in TJ with Dr. V!!! Good luck to ya'll!!! Keep in touch!
