i use fage 0% as a substitute for mayo, cream and dressing, i just put some lemmon pepper, garlic salt or any seasonig and it is yummy!

i'm doing really good they solve all my questions and tell me what to eat and do

you can take a shower the next day and the stitches are inside so you just have tape on the insitions and the stitches disolve on their own. one of my stitches didn't disolve and it just came tru one of the insitions and they just took it out on my 1 month visit, no pain just feels funny haha so if this happens to you too any dr or nurse can take it out i actually live here in mexicali, so i see them post op, lucky me!

This was my fist surgery too, and i have to say it was very good! i feel totally normal now, if you take your pain meds after the surgery you will be fine, i had mine on a monday and i was in the mall shopping on saturday for hrs, just make sure you sip your protein all the time, and have a ton of pilows because you will need them to get confy post op.

He is amazing! you will be in the best hands and the hospital is so confy like a nice hotel take your laptop and watch tv and walk a lot it really helps!

i'm 5 weeks out and i kind of feel like me again! plus i only had one headache, so i think it is having the 2 surgeries together try to walk and i hope you get better soon

Dresses to go clubbing and shorts i don't own any and i live in the dessert, it gets over 40 degrees here, so that is what i will love!

i need help fast! my arms are super saggy and i hate it what can i do? good workout, how much weight to lift etc.. i'm only 3 weeks post op but i need to do something any advice will help tons thank's!

i have plenty of family and friends that could stayed with me, but i was fine by myself in the hospital, so i made them leave and i'm glad i did because it is so much easier to concentrate just on you and sleeping and stuff in the hospital, plus there is a bunch of nurces, so no need for extra people. on the driving i'll say is better if you just get a taxy or something like that, i couldn't focus my mind for the first week i think. go and get everything you need and put it in an easy place reach adn you will be fine by your self, just make sure you don't forget a thing i think it is very doable! good luck
