Zomg! Why didnt you guys tell me about thi?s?

What do you have...computer, ipod, ipad, phone, etc.?- People think I am sick!
I like women because they know how to use their words. If a guy played this on me, I would have been hard pressed not to engineer the removal of his teeth.- Man maker - a near perfect compound exercise
Love em! Those solid dumbells with flat surfaces look important. Round ones would tend to get out of hand especially after you get fatigued. Good suggestion! I haven't worked out in quite a while because my work is so blasted stenious but the time will come when I will be back to brain work and workouts will be back on the agenda.- I am owned....UUUGGGG!
I worked with special needs kids and adults for many years so I know where you are coming from. I don't know how aggression intensive your situation is but perhaps a bottle holster would not be out of bounds. Here are some varieties: http://www.ebay.com/bhp/water-bottle-holster- Just blah
Grrrr.....I share your disgust! You deserve better and have deserved better for a long time. These skin flints are about to get a rude awakening. Greed robs people of humanity....I hope you are still on the forum and share when you exit this sad bunch of Jacob Marleys!- insurance approved and still waiting:(
The squeaky wheel gets oiled. Call them.- Visiting my Brother after 2 years!
What a great brother! Yes, the rest of the story!- I need help!
Can you get another surgeon? Approved since June, lose 25 pounds or no operation, sounds like a control freak. If we were great at losing we wouldn't need surgeons. My doc just wanted me to lose as much as I could....no ultimatums.- Before and after pic 5months postop
Big difference! Congratulations, you look great!- Two weeks from Plastics - progress so far
Wow! I kinda ruled out plastics but you look really great. If my money boat comes in it could show up on the screen for wife and I.- the fat fills in the wrinkles?
I have discovered the tool of selective memory. I look into the mirror to do my necessaries but immediately forget how I looked. The fellow looking out these eyes has nothing to do with that wrinkled face. I conduct myself like the fresh, lean and mean stud-muffin that I feel like.- How hard is it to lose more weight after 1 year post-op?
If you keep your exercise/activity level up and follow guidlines there is no reason you can't go down to those goofy chart statistics and reach "normal". I lost at least another 20 pounds after one year and thought I had stopped at 10 pounds under goal but lost another 2 pounds this week. I am a year and nine months out. My week contained carrying 80 pound sacks of cement, mixing them in a wheelbarrow, and dumping it in post holes for 6 hours. Just your normal day for a 64 year old man.- Another year, cancer free!
Fantastic! I am a cancer survivor as well, (prostate, diagnosed 2009). I was told dumping the fat helps the odds. So far so good!- Long time lurker
I thought someone was watching us! You're not with the NSA are you? Seriously, welcome!- Here's a crazy question...
Mine came out through a crescent shaped scar above my belly button. As I look at the area, I believe I see a resemblance to a celebrity:- 10 pounds under goal...stalled..:D
Weighed myself this evening after a hard days work. I'm down to 208. Stall broken. I am now thinking my new goal will be to go to 200 and under....haven't been there since I was in my early 20's.- Something I just can't stand
I had to choose between being a smooth, puffed up dead guy and a wrinkled up, saggy, healthy butt kicker. That fact that I am still here illustrates my choice. The skin doesn't hinder anything important. Adjusting the mind is worth the effort.- 7 months out... first and possibly LAST time out drinking since sleeved.
My experiment with vodka has resulted in it's re-assignment as cleaning Fluid.- Feeling no restrictions- 2 weeks out
Eating in the morning, which I assume is when you ate the eggs, allows for more capacity in my experience. Eggs are easy to get down for me as well. They are a staple due to their protein content. Chickens are a sleevers friend.- 10 pounds under goal...stalled..:D
Perhaps I can get myself included in a beefcake calendar entitled, The Men of Medicare.- 10 pounds under goal...stalled..:D
One year and nine months out, started at 340, down to 210...10 pounds under goal. I have been stalled here, staying within 5 pounds for 6 months. I am not complaining, I am happy. Like when I was as kid and grew my hair long...you never have to cut it because it stops by itself. My body found it's happy place. I could lose another 10 pounds by having a doc slice off the excess skin but I think not. Perfection was not my goal. I am 64 and have no desire to gyrate in front of screaming women who are stuffing dollars into my scanty clothing. Must maintain some semblance of dignity!- How did you pick your "starting weight"?
My stats below tell the story. I could have been heavier, I stayed off the scale then to avoid further depression. I have resisted the temptation to up my starting weight to make my loss more dramatic. The main point is that it came off and I am elated to be rid of it.- Gotta switch to BYPASS...UGH
You may want to ask about the Duodenal Switch: http://www.duodenalswitch.com/procedure/procedure.html- Gotta switch to BYPASS...UGH
My wife had the bypass and is doing quite well. She lost all of her excess fat but her mouth is a bit excessive at times. (She is sitting in the room, I told her what I said..she laughed but will lower the boom later...ya...I'm a masochist). - posting
